MAJOR TRADES

  • Electrical:  All new electrical upstairs and downstairs.  Split meters.
    Atmospheric Electric
  • Plumbing:  Ripped out all  the old galvanized plumbing. Updated with PEX throughout.

  • HVAC:  Ripped out all ductwork and installed all new runs. New furnace installed as well.
