Guest welcome bag ideas for your destination wedding

Welcome bags, or OOT bags (Out Of Town) are an awesome way to greet your travel-weary wedding guests. Spoil them a little with some goodies that are fun and useful for their vacation away. Bags can be made up and left at reception to be handed out as they arrive or you could hold a welcome party and hand them out there.

My wife and I went with the latter, hosting a fun get together at the resort where we presented each guest with their own goodie oot bag. Whichever way you decide to go, here are some ideas to get you started...

Hand sanitizer, hand cream
Small travel sized: Pepto Bismol, Advil, Tums, lip balm, Febreze
Tide single use wash liquid for their bathing suits
Welcome booklet: information/map of the resort, wedding itinerary, resort excursion options, info about the country
Customized wedding door hanger
Custom mugs (ie. Bubba keg mugs), key holder and lanyard, Tylenol, band aids, playing cards, hand sanitizer
Sunscreen, sun burn cream (even custom ones with your names on it)
