TIMELESS IMAGES WITH FEEL

even if you don’t love being photographed.

My photography style weaves between vivid colour and classic black and white where my goal is to tell the story of your day as it happened.

While I make my home and primarily shoot weddings in Muskoka now - I grew up in Algoma going to school in Blind River and playing hockey in Elliot Lake. We enjoy returning to visit family who continue to live there allowing me the opportunity to shoot weddings in Blind River and Elliot Lake area throughout the year.

I’m married with two incredible girls - nothing scares me anymore. When I'm not capturing beautiful moments, you’ll find me cheering on my Maple Leafs (I appreciate the condolences, but hey, this is our year!). I’ve got a soft spot for hard-shell tacos, and you can always catch me nerding out over documentaries and podcasts over morning coffee.

Travel is in my blood, and I’m always ready for an adventure. Whether it's capturing weddings or exploring new places, I'm all about making memories and embracing the beauty of life wherever it takes me.

Algoma Weddings

Weddings are the heart of my business. My wedding packages are based on years of experience in shooting all different kinds of weddings. In choosing the right package for you, time tops the list - how long do you need me? Then we can talk about how you would like to enjoy your photos - digital images, prints and/or albums.

Elopements

Elopements and micro-weddings provide couples a unique opportunity to celebrate intimately against the backdrop of our beautiful Northern Ontario scenery. My photography focuses on capturing candid moments shared by couples in this outdoor backdrop. Smaller weddings allow couples to tailor an experience that truly reflects their love story.

Engagements

I hear it every time, “We’re awkward in photos!” Your engagement session is the perfect place for us to get to know each other. I can learn how you guys ‘do you’ and you’ll warm up to the camera before the big day.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
rECEIVED BY WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

Where are you located?

I photograph weddings in Muskoka primarily. That said, I grew up in the Blind River and Elliot Lake areas. My family is still there so we visit often and I enjoy shooting in the Algoma District. Destination weddings have also played a big role in my success - I’ll fly anywhere for an I Do!

How do we book you for our wedding?

I like to keep things straightforward - just a 30% retainer and a signed contract, and you're all set. After that, we dive into the fun part!

Do you travel?

Always. I’m always up for discovering new and unique locations to shoot. Ontario offers endless outdoor inspiration, and with a family of travelers, I tend to keep a bag packed and ready to go anywhere.

What size weddings do you typically photograph?

I’ve captured weddings of all sizes. Whether it’s the relaxed intimacy of a small gathering at the cottage or an over-the-top, barn burner celebration - I’m in!

How are the photos delivered?

You’ll receive a custom online gallery for easy downloading. It’s simple to share, so friends and family can enjoy the memories too - if you choose!

Do you need a shot list?

A family formal list is always helpful, but beyond that, I focus on capturing your day as it naturally unfolds. Sticking to a shot list can take away from the authenticity of your photos. That said, if there’s a specific shot that’s important to you, let me know!
